Flavor Guide
This is our current collection of flavors that our chocolatiers are making. These flavors make up what we call our Signature Collections. The chocolates can be purchased in 4-piece, 8-piece, 16-piece, 24-piece, 36-piece, and 48-piece assortments. They can also be purchased in either of our boutiques or through one of our retail partners.

CHAI CARAMEL - caramel infused with black tea and spices

STRAWBERRY BALSAMIC - strawberry caramel with aged balsamic vinegar

FLEUR DE SEL - buttery caramel infused with grey French sea salt

FRESH LEMON - lemon marmalade & lemon infused white chocolate ganache

PASSION FRUIT - caramel with tropical passion fruit

EXTRA DARK - 85% bittersweet dark chocolate ganache

VANILLA BEAN - caramel with Madagascar vanilla beans

ROSEMARY - buttery caramel infused with fresh rosemary

PECAN CARAMEL - pecan marzipan & caramelized white chocolate

CITRUS CARAMEL - caramel blended with fresh citrus juices

VIETNAMESE CINNAMON - dark chocolate ganache infused with Vietnamese cinnamon

MACADAMIA PRALINE - caramelized macadamia nuts blended with milk chocolate

AZTEC SPICE - caramel infused with chiles, spices, and cinnamon

CHAMPAGNE - milk chocolate ganache blended with French champagne

RASPBERRY - raspberry pate de fruit & dark chocolate raspberry ganache

IRISH COFFEE - caramel infused with coffee, spiked with Irish whiskey

GHANA - dark chocolate ganache with 68% cacao from Ghana

LAVENDER - caramel infused with fragrant French lavender

LIME VANILLA - caramel infused with lime and vanilla bean

BUTTERSCOTCH BOURBON - brown sugar caramel infused with Kentucky bourbon

MAPLE CARAMEL - caramel blended with grade A maple syrup

BELIZE - 70% dark chocolate made with cacao from Belize

YUZU MANDARIN - caramel with yuzu and mandarin orange

PISTACHIO CHERRY - morello cherry pate de fruit & white chocolate pistachio ganache
