1. Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally due to the fragile and extremely perishable nature of our chocolates.

  2. What is your return policy?

    Since we sell food items, we don't accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please let us know and we'll do whatever we can to make it right for you. For all shipping related questions, please visit our shipping policies page for any additional information you might be looking for.

  3. Can I checkout with shipping for multiple addresses?

    Currently our checkout only supports single addresses for shipping at checkout. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place multiple orders. We know this is a feature that many of our customers desire and are working on a solution to be able to offer this feature, while maintaining our checkout security for all of our customers.

General Questions

  1. Are your chocolates gluten-free?

    Many of our products are gluten-free. All gluten-free products are designated as such on their individual product pages, and include many of our chocolate bars, pecan caramels, drinking chocolates, and chocolate bonbons. See individual product descriptions for more information. While most of our bonbons are gluten-free, if you have any specific dietary restrictions, we encourage you to give us a call at 816-842-1300 so that we can pack your assortment of chocolates according to your needs.

  2. Do you have any sugar free chocolates?

    At this time, we currently do not offer any sugar free selections.
