-Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally due to the fragile and extremely perishable nature of our chocolates.

-How can I track my order?

You can either login to your account and you will have the ability to view your past orders as well as track them. Or you should have received an email generated by UPS on the evening of your order that contains the tracking number that you can use to track at

-I ordered late Wednesday or Thursday, but my order didn’t ship until the following Monday?

If we are unable to ship your order by the shipping method you chose, and have it arrive before the weekend, we will hold that shipment until the following Monday so the chocolates do not sit in a FedEx warehouse over the weekend. This is especially important in periods of warmer weather. If you need your chocolates before the weekend, then choose overnight service during the checkout process. Call us at 816.842.1300 with any questions regarding shipping times or transits.

-Why was overnight the only shipping option available for me to choose during the checkout process?

In the summertime, or other periods of warm weather, the only way we can guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition is to ship it by overnight. We are constantly watching the weather and we will make the final decision on shipping methods, often right before we ship the order. If we feel like we can send it via a less expensive shipping method, the we will happily contact you and let you know….and save you some money!

-What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns, since we sell consumable product. If you are at all unsatisfied with any of our products, please call us at 816.842.1300 or send us an email at [email protected] Please provide us with your name, order number and when and where you received or purchased the products and we will contact you right away. We will always do whatever it takes to ensure satisfaction when it comes to the quality of our products.

-Can I customize your chocolates for my clients or special event?

Yes! Call us at 816.842.1300 to hear what we can do to make your client gifts or event a truly memorable one.

General Questions

-How long can I keep your chocolates before eating them?

Our chocolate collections should be consumed within 2 weeks from the time they leave our shop for optimum taste and texture. It is possible to store them in the refrigerator for up to 1 month, however, they should be sealed in a Ziplock bag or wrapped several times in plastic wrap before being refrigerated. Allow them to come up to room temperature for about 2 hours before taking them out of the plastic and enjoying them.

-Do your chocolates contain preservatives or artificial ingredients?

We do not use any preservatives or artificial flavors in our chocolates, hence the short shelf life. We source local ingredients when we can and organic ingredients when we can. Our products are not certified organic. We do use colored cocoa butter to decorate our chocolates with, and this is artificial coloring. Please feel free to call our email with any questions regarding the sourcing of our ingredients.

-Are any of your products vegan or dairy free?

We use cream and butter in the making of our chocolate collections so they do contain dairy. We do have some products though that do not contain dairy. These would be any of our dark chocolate bars and our pate de fruit. The only vegan product that we produce is the pate de fruit.

-Are your chocolates gluten free?

Yes, we have had our products tested and they are gluten free.

-Do you use peanuts and tree nuts in your facility?

Yes. We are a small shop and utilize the same equipment to produce all of our products. While we do clean and sanitize very well, we cannot be certain that we can remove all traces of nuts and nut oils. For this reason, if you have a severe peanut or nut allergy, we recommend refraining from eating our products.

-Do you have any sugar free chocolates?

At this time, we currently don’t offer any sugar free selections.

-Where does your chocolate come from?

We primarily use chocolate from Valrhona Chocolate from France. Click here to read about their practices on sourcing cocoa responsibly.
